About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at Accrete.AI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated machine learning models that address complex financial challenges. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex financial problems, including risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements and new product development.
- Continuously monitor and optimize existing models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance in a rapidly changing environment.
- Conduct research on emerging AI and machine learning techniques, and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
