About The Role
We are looking for a Content & Creative Designer with strong hands-on experience in product label and packaging design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, print-ready product labels while also supporting the brand''''''''s digital creative requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, can take ownership of design projects, and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product labels and packaging artwork from concept to final print-ready files.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand product, branding, and design requirements.
- Ensure labels meet required dimensions, measurements, bleed, print specifications, and other production requirements.
- Create supporting creative assets such as:
○ Social media creatives
○ Product/PDP images
○ Promotional banners
○ Other digital marketing creatives
- Maintain consistency across product SKUs and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with printers/vendors when required and incorporate feedback or revisions.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns with relevant creative assets.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3–5 years of professional/corporate experience in graphic/creative design.
- Strong hands-on experience in product label/packaging design.
- Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
- Good understanding of print production, bleed, dimensions, resolution, and print-ready artwork.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer product brands is preferred.
- Basic content/copy understanding for product labels and marketing creatives will be an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant product label/packaging work.

- A candidate who can join immediately or within 15 days would be preferred.

- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut or similar video-editing software
- AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or similar platforms
The ideal candidate should:
- Know how to make a product visually attractive without compromising product accuracy.
- Understand how to communicate features → benefits → value visually.
- Have an eye for premium, clean and conversion-focused design.
- Be able to take a rough brief and independently turn it into a finished creative.
- Be comfortable working with multiple SKUs and repetitive creative requirements without compromising quality.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working under deadlines.
- Be open to feedback and quick iterations.
- Understand brand consistency.
- Be proactive in suggesting better creative approaches rather than simply executing instructions
