VL is Looking for:
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end hardware development lifecycle (requirement analysis, design, testing, validation, and release).
- Design schematics and develop PCB layouts for digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Work on high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.) and power supply design (DC-DC converters, regulators).
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for complete system integration.
- Perform circuit simulation & verification using tools like OrCAD, Altium, Cadence, PSpice, LTSpice, MATLAB, or similar.
- Conduct signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC analysis to meet compliance requirements.
- Debug and validate prototypes using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Prepare design documents, BOMs, and test reports.
- Support root cause analysis & corrective actions for hardware failures.
- Stay updated with the latest semiconductor technologies & industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- Experience level- 7-10years.
- Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
- Hands-on experience with PCB CAD tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, KiCAD, or OrCAD).
- Experience in microcontrollers, FPGAs, and SoC-based hardware design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of signal processing, RF basics, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (CE, FCC, EMI/EMC, ESD).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
