Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot Studio Development
- Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs.
- Integrate copilots with Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external services.
2. Power Platform Engineering
- Design and develop Power Automate flows, including cloud and desktop automation.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse-backed data models.
- Implement Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns.
- Apply ALM practices using Azure DevOps/GitHub, including solution packaging and deployments.
3. Integrations & Connectors
- Use Power Platform connectors and custom connectors to integrate:
- REST APIs
- Azure Functions
- Dataverse
- SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other third-party services
- Implement secure authentication, OAuth 2.0/Azure AD, throttling management, and exception handling.
4. Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications
- Design prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots.
- Apply grounding using enterprise data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Implement hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG patterns where required.
5. Microsoft Graph API
Develop secure Microsoft Graph API integrations for:
- M365 users and groups
- Mail and calendar
- Files and drives
- Teams and channels
- Create Graph-powered automations within Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
