Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhattisgarh, India. The Bank Employee will handle daily customer interactions, assist with opening and maintaining accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and support loan and credit applications. The role includes explaining banking products and insurance offerings, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies. The Bank Employee will also collaborate with relevant financial institutions as needed, maintain records, and provide clear communication to clients about their financial options.
Qualifications
