DevOps / AWS Infrastructure role with a strong focus on operations, security, disaster recovery, and automation.

There are three main areas that we would like the DevOps role to focus on in the early stages of this relationship:
Disaster recovery plans – creating, documenting, testing and handover to the team.
Patch management –
- Update our systems to ensure they are patched as much as possible with the latest security updates.
- Then implement a monthly process that can be handed over to the team.
- Audit the current hardware/software in our environment and make recommendation for upgrades.
- Produce and implement the plan where possible.
- Once those have been completed, we will be asking the resource to run our ETL processes to release the development resources so they can focus on other tasks
