Skills Required:
- Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Strong understanding of Cards and Payments, including credit/debit cards, transaction processing, and payment workflows.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Skilled in requirement analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
