We are growing and looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in talent delivery while learning directly from our Leadership team.
What you will be doing:
- The Delivery Consultant will support the end-to-end delivery process for candidates across multiple clients.
- High Volume, Proactive Candidate Outreach across multiple channels.
- Working closely with the Delivery Lead, you will help ensure that shortlisted candidates move through the recruitment pipeline smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Work closely with the Sourcing team to align our candidate pipeline.
- This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about people, communication, and operational excellence.
Candidate Delivery & Coordination
- Assist in managing the full candidate delivery cycle, from initial outreach, qualification call, shortlist, candidate submission, offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Track candidate progress, provide updates, and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process (feedback, expectations, next steps).
- Gathering leads and references from candidate calls and sending them to the sales team.
- Closing candidates for roles and aligning processes & next steps.
Support the Delivery function
- Work closely & liaise with the Sourcing & Delivery teams to learn delivery best practices and operational processes in the DevologyX way of working.
- Assist with building and maintaining delivery workflows, templates, and internal documentation.
- Help identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and suggest improvements.
- Contractor and Candidate Care duties.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Prepare candidate submissions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assist with coordinating assessments, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment checks (where required).
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all candidate information is updated in internal tools and adhere to DevologyX Delivery SOPs (Recruiterflow, sheets, trackers, Slack team communication).
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all admin and reporting tasks.
- Contribute to building a high-quality, organised candidate pipeline.
