We’ve been growing and are in need of someone to help us grow while we grow others careers, so we’re looking for an Internal Tech Talent Recruiter to join our team and help us attract some of the best technology talent in the market in South Africa for our European and South African Markets (soon to be US as well).
This really isn’t your typical corporate recruitment environment. We’re a scale-up, which means things move quickly, you’ll have plenty of ownership, and you’ll actually see the impact of the people you bring into the business and the growth opportunities are endless within the company.
We’ve been in Cape Town for quite some time now and are ready to move to a bigger office within the month to accommodate our growth.

About the job
You’ll be responsible for owning the internal recruitment process for our Delivery and Sales teams, from sourcing, outreach and engaging with potential Tech talent partners through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences of what and who we are looking for.
This is a hands-on recruitment role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys the hunt and finding great people, having conversations with them, understanding what they’re looking for and getting them excited about joining us.
You’ll be recruiting for tech recruiters to work across technology roles, so a genuine interest in the tech space is important as well as a natural instinct for uncovering people with a strong BD mindset and hunger for success.

The ideal type of person we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and naturally good with people.
Someone who enjoys recruitment, but who also wants to be part of something that is growing.
You’ll ideally have experience with recruiting or a related field but we are able to grow your skills in that space, we also need someone who is adaptable and a go-getter to sometimes hop on to assist with external tech recruitment roles, whether that’s agency or internal recruitment, and be comfortable sourcing candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
You should be someone who:
- Loves speaking to people and building genuine relationships
- Is confident engaging with non technical and technical candidates
- Knows how to source or is willing to learn rather than simply wait for applications
- Has a BD mindset and is motivated by results
- Enjoys working towards targets and celebrating wins
- Can manage multiple roles and priorities without losing the personal touch
- Is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Wants to grow with a company rather than simply fill a seat
