Job Description
You will own organic discovery at Stasher.com, leading the strategy for programmatic SEO, AI search, and Google Maps across 10,000+ locations. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll build scalable systems using AI to optimize thousands of location-language combinations, working cross-functionally with product and engineering to drive massive category growth.

What You Will Do
- Scale programmatic SEO by developing tools and systems that deliver localized content across thousands of geo-targeted landing pages globally.
- Lead AI search (GEO) initiatives by defining the technical work and structured data needed to earn citations and visibility in AI answers.
- Optimize Google Maps presence for 10,000 locations, partnering with product to improve ranking, listing quality, and the on-site visitor journey.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of owning a growth opportunity end-to-end, ideally with deep expertise in SEO fundamentals and Google Maps optimization.
- Comfortable working with AI to build automated tools and systems capable of handling thousands of location-language combinations at scale.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, specifically guiding product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-leverage site and funnel improvements.
