Join Allus AI as the first dedicated Product Manager to take full ownership of the product lifecycle. You will transition product leadership from the founders, establishing discovery and roadmap practices from scratch. This role involves partnering with engineering and design to ship AI-driven features that drive measurable ARR and retention growth.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end product delivery by conducting rigorous customer research and translating insights into a prioritized, high-impact roadmap for the engineering and design teams.
- Establish foundational product rituals and communication standards, defining how the company sets priorities, measures feature performance, and updates stakeholders on progress.
- Drive measurable business outcomes by shipping features and validating their success through clear metrics such as ARR impact, user activation, and long-term retention lift.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of taking AI products from initial concept to first customers.
- Exceptional discovery skills and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment, ideally with experience managing technical developer tools or industrial IoT systems.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to cite specific examples of where your product decisions directly resulted in significant revenue growth or customer retention improvements.
