The ideal candidate will have hands-on operational support experience and strong scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Support and maintain Nokia Core products, including NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, and PCF.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Subscriber Provisioning flows and related operational processes.
Support and work with TMO-implemented systems such as ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, and similar platforms.
Work effectively within a Cloud-Native computing environment.
Support Dell hardware and iDRAC environments.
Identify and address telecom cybersecurity vulnerabilities, including recognizing security risks and implementing appropriate configuration or software changes.
Use scripting and automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Bash to support operational activities.
Work with Unix/Linux command-line environments for troubleshooting and system support.
Provide basic support for load balancers, routers, and databases.
