Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and deployment while adhering to industry best practices and Salesforce standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, and other declarative tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, page layouts, and security configurations.
- Participate in business requirement gathering, solution design discussions, technical analysis, and documentation activities.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities in accordance with Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
- Experience with system integrations, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of third-party integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in complex enterprise Salesforce environments.
