The Role
As Alix's Revenue Operations Manager, you will become the hands-on owner of the revenue operating system across Sales and Marketing. Reporting to our Head of Sales and partnering closely with Marketing leadership, you will take ownership of HubSpot, the data and automation that move leads through our high-volume consumer funnel, and the reporting that helps us make faster growth decisions.
This is a strategic-level individual-contributor role for someone who enjoys both building and problem-solving. You will inherit an established operating environment rather than start from scratch, with structured knowledge transfer from the consultant who built and manages many of our current HubSpot workflows.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary, hands-on administrator and owner of HubSpot across Sales and Marketing, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automations, permissions, lists, and data standards.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot lead capture, tagging, scoring, allocation, and routing - including Alix's Speed-to-Lead workflows - so every lead reaches the right person quickly and reliably.
- Partner with Marketing to operationalize campaign tracking from lead capture forward and identify opportunities to improve funnel performance. Marketing will own campaign strategy and execution, while you will own how campaign and lead data is captured, structured, and measured in HubSpot.
- Design and maintain a unified attribution framework across paid search, paid social, organic, partner, and referral channels, using UTMs, HubSpot traffic-source data, campaign information, and form inputs to assign every contact and resulting deal a trustworthy source and channel.
- Ensure attribution carries accurately through the full funnel so Alix can measure leads, consultations, opportunities, wins, and revenue by source, campaign, channel, and partner.
- Build and maintain SDR and AE dashboards, funnel reporting, conversion analysis, forecasting support, and capacity models that clarify performance and reveal where growth is constrained.
- Create automated quality controls and alerts for broken forms, missing source data, failed routing, workflow errors, integration failures, and other issues that could cause Alix to lose or misclassify leads.
- Build and improve AI-enabled workflows using Claude and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n; connect systems through APIs, webhooks, or comparable methods where appropriate.
- Support reliable data handoffs from Sales to Settlement and coordinate with Partnerships, Finance, and Technology where HubSpot data feeds downstream processes.
- Document the revenue-system architecture, attribution rules, workflows, integrations, and operating processes so knowledge is durable and easy to transfer.
- Translate ambiguous business questions and imperfect data into clear recommendations, then carry solutions through implementation and measurement.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related role.
- You have deep, recent, hands-on HubSpot expertise. You have personally administered and built within HubSpot - not simply used it as a salesperson, marketer, or executive.
- You use conversation-intelligence tools such as Gong to help sales leaders coach reps and understand how calls and meetings influence performance.
- You can independently build and troubleshoot sophisticated workflows, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing rules, automations, data formulas, integrations, and reporting.
- You understand multi-channel attribution, UTMs, paid-media tracking, HubSpot traffic-source properties, contact-to-deal attribution, and the tradeoffs involved when source signals conflict or are incomplete.
- You have practical experience with workflow and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, and you are comfortable learning how data moves through APIs and webhooks.
- You are curious and capable with AI tools. Experience using Claude or similar tools to create projects, automate work, improve analysis, or support revenue workflows is strongly valued.
- You are analytical and commercially minded: you connect systems and reporting to conversion, efficiency, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.
- You are a hands-on builder who is comfortable moving between strategy, detailed execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- You thrive in a fast-moving startup, proactively identify risks, and can prioritize clearly across multiple Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Helpful, but Not Required
- Experience supporting a high-volume B2C or consumer-services funnel, where lead response time, paid acquisition, and shorter sales cycles materially affect conversion.
- Experience creating attribution logic for complex partner or referral programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Slack, Quo, Fathom, DocuSign, or comparable revenue systems.
- Experience in financial services, estate settlement, legal-adjacent services, or another regulated or emotionally sensitive customer environment.
