Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst (Telecom Domain)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to support enterprise application modernization and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery within a telecom or related environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements for existing applications and modules.
- Define, document, and manage user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives involving service management and workflow platforms.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
- Track project progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and status updates.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow OR SiteTracker.
- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience leading and coordinating multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecom industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
- Data analysis, reporting, or data migration experience is a bonus.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or migration projects.
