Employment Details:
- Job Title: Coupa Consultant / Saas Administrator (Coupa)
- Rate: Up to 145,000/month + additional benefits and allowances
- Shift: Day (8:00 am to 05:00 pm) - Monday to Friday
- Setup: Onsite at Ortigas, Pasig (Hybid Setup - subject for approval of hiring manger)
Qualifications:
- Ability to administer, configure, maintain, and improve Coupa and other SaaS procurement applications
- Experience managing system settings, user access, roles, permissions, and approval workflows.
- Support system updates, enhancements, testing, and production releases.
- Hands on experience in application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledgable in preparing test scenarios, validate system changes, and monitor reported defects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise application administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have (Optional Only):
- Familiarity with Coupa modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Invoicing, or Supplier Management.
- Experience supporting integrations between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other business systems.
