You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced group of practitioners who work closely with clients to deliver complex programmes successfully.
As an Agile Delivery Consultant, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate and deliver outcomes using agile ways of working. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, manage delivery priorities, remove blockers and work closely with stakeholders to keep programmes moving in the right direction.
You'll need a strong understanding of agile delivery approaches such as Scrum and Kanban, experience working with cross-functional teams and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across complex organisations. Depending on your level, you may also coach teams, support wider transformation initiatives and help clients improve their overall delivery capability.

Working Patterns and location – Hybrid, 3-5 days on site per week
The Key Responsibilities of an Agile Delivery Consultant:
• Lead and support the delivery of projects, products and workstreams using agile ways of working.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, manage backlogs and maintain focus on delivery outcomes.
• Identify and remove blockers, risks and dependencies that could impact successful delivery.
• Support teams in adopting and embedding agile principles and continuously improving their ways of working.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment around priorities and outcomes.
• Track delivery progress and provide clear updates to programme and senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across complex Defence & Security environments.
• Adapt agile delivery approaches to suit different teams, programmes and levels of agile maturity.
• Capture and share lessons learned, best practice and delivery improvements across the wider practice.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for an Agile Delivery Consultant, however you will not be expected to have everything:
• Proven experience delivering projects, products or programmes within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience supporting teams through different stages of agile maturity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable delivery outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile and/or ICAgile.
• Experience working within Defence, Security or Government programmes.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital, technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience coaching teams and supporting wider agile transformation.
• Knowledge of additional delivery frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or XP.
• Background working within a management consultancy environment.
