What Role You Will Play In Team
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex technology consulting and transformation projects across strategic enterprise customers. This role drives project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring customer adoption, consumption, business value realization, and achievement of project objectives.
The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, consulting teams, architects, delivery leadership, and project governance stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk oversight, financial awareness, resource planning, and project governance capabilities across a portfolio of concurrent engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Drive customer adoption and consumption outcomes through practical project delivery
Team Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, architects, technical specialists, and partner resources.
- Coordinate work assignments based on individual capabilities and project priorities.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance delivery culture.
- Monitor team progress and proactively address delivery challenges.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Customers
- Delivery Managers
- PMO Managers
- Account Directors
- Technical Adoption Managers (TAM)
- Consulting Architects
- Services Scoping Architects (SSA)
- Service Delivery Executives and broader account teams.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, document, and actively manage project risks and issues.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Escalate critical risks and delivery concerns appropriately.
- Drive problem resolution and corrective actions to maintain project health.
Resource and Financial Management
- Manage project resources, capacity plans, and delivery utilization.
- Support revenue forecasting and project consumption tracking.
- Monitor project effort against planned allocations.
- Ensure effective use of personnel, budget, time, and project resources.
- Support management of multiple concurrent engagements.
Governance and Reporting
- Maintain project governance standards and reporting requirements.
- Deliver regular status reporting to customers and leadership stakeholders.
- Track project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
- Ensure project documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Facilitate governance reviews and stakeholder meetings throughout project execution.
Customer Success and Business Outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer business objectives and expected outcomes.
- Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and operational readiness.
- Support continuity between pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Experience Required

- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs with significant stakeholder engagement and governance requirements.
- Experience working within professional services or consulting organizations preferred.
