What Role You Will Play In Team

Job description: Project Manager - End User Computing (EUC) & Control Room Setup

Job Summary

Experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology transformation, and Control Room design and implementation. Responsible for leading large-scale technology deployments, command center/control room establishment, desktop modernization initiatives, and operational readiness programs. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, and project delivery while ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.

- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.

- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, security, workplace services, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

End User Computing (EUC)

- Lead EUC transformation projects involving desktop, laptop, virtual desktop, mobility, collaboration, and workplace technology solutions.

- Manage device refresh, operating system upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, and workplace modernization programs.

- Drive implementation of endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance, device governance, and cybersecurity standards.

- Oversee service transition activities and operational handover to support teams.

Control Room Setup & Command Center Management

- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Control Rooms, Network Operations Centers (NOC), Security Operations Centers (SOC), and Utility Operations Centers.

- Gather business and operational requirements for control room functions, monitoring capabilities, and visualization needs.

- Coordinate installation of video walls, operator workstations, communication infrastructure, monitoring systems, and collaboration tools.

- Develop operational procedures, escalation processes, and incident management frameworks.

- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery considerations are incorporated into control room operations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Engage senior executives, operational teams, technical teams, and external vendors.

- Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and project reviews.

- Manage vendor contracts, procurement activities, and third-party delivery teams.

- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and ensure alignment of project outcomes
