About the Role
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer, Mobility Intelligence to help build the predictive intelligence that powers Damoov’s platform and products.
This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, mobility intelligence, and product innovation. You will develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models that transform telematics and mobility data into actionable insights used by customers around the world.
You’ll work closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Customer Solutions, and Leadership teams to build intelligent systems that support driver scoring, risk assessment, safety analytics, mobility insights, and next-generation data products.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that power Damoov’s mobility intelligence platform
- Build predictive models for driver behavior analysis, risk assessment, safety scoring, incident prediction, and related use cases
- Develop scalable ML pipelines that process large-scale telematics and mobility datasets
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to productionize research models and analytical methodologies
- Work closely with Product teams to identify opportunities for new machine learning-powered capabilities
- Improve model performance, accuracy, reliability, explainability, and operational efficiency
- Design experimentation frameworks and model evaluation methodologies
- Build monitoring systems that track model health, performance, and business impact
- Contribute to machine learning infrastructure, feature engineering frameworks, and MLOps best practices
- Help shape the future of Damoov’s AI and mobility intelligence capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in machine learning engineering, applied machine learning, data science, AI engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Strong understanding of supervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and predictive analytics
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data systems
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and modern MLOps practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, data science, and product teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with telematics, mobility technology, transportation, insurance analytics, geospatial systems, IoT, or connected vehicle datasets
- Experience with behavioral analytics, risk modeling, event-based data, or time-series analysis
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming architectures
- Experience building customer-facing intelligence products and predictive systems
- Knowledge of cloud-native machine learning infrastructure and model deployment practices
- Experience working in a startup or scaling technology company
