Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, import, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and PP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand-planning activities using sales data, shared forecasts, and statistical tools.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while preventing material shortages and excess stock.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Purchasing, Import, Production Planning, and Warehouse teams.
- Oversee purchasing activities, supplier management, and procurement processes.
- Manage material and production planning to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and warehouse accuracy.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure effective inventory controls.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor and improve supply chain performance, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA MM and PP modules to support purchasing, material management, inventory control, and production planning.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement appropriate mitigation and improvement strategies.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate relevant supply chain KPIs.
- Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement projects, particularly cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar managerial position; or
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA MM and PP modules is mandatory.
- Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and manage more than 1,000 SKUs.
- Proven involvement in projects, preferably cost-saving or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple supply chain functions and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement.
