Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive the implementation and end-to-end delivery of Core HR, Time Off, and Benefit modules across major enterprise entities.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the solution design, fit-to-standard workshops, blueprinting, and execution across multi-wave implementation phases. You will work closely with functional teams, technical integration specialists, and key client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and existing enterprise systems (Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Attendance systems).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops, solution documentation, and blueprint sign-offs for Core HR, Time Off, and Benefit modules
- Oversee real-time integration workflows (via API/ODATA/JSON) connecting Employee Central with external/SAP systems including Job Tender, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Learning, Payroll (SAP HCM), and Financials (SAP FICO)
- Lead functional configuration, FUT (Functional Unit Testing), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work within structured project methodology across Preparation, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare waves
- Guide junior functional team members, coordinate cutover strategies, and collaborate with enterprise architects for smooth go-live deployment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fields
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or enterprise Cloud HR solutions
- Proven track record in configuring Core HR, Time Off, and Benefits modules
- Strong understanding of real-time HR data integration methods (API, ODATA, JSON) with external platforms and SAP HCM/Payroll/FICO modules
- Experience leading or actively participating in full lifecycle implementations (Explore/Design, Realize/Build & Test, Deploy, Hypercare)
- Excellent project governance, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in structured, large-scale enterprise environments
