We're an early-stage, founder-led startup building an AI-powered platform for a specialized enterprise niche. It's a small team — you'll work directly with the founders, move fast from idea to live customer, and hold real equity in the outcome.
What You'll Do
- Build custom features and workflows for enterprise clients on our core platform
- Go from prototype to production quickly, refining based on direct customer feedback
- Work across the stack — modern front end, backend services, and AI-driven components
- Manage a few customer projects at once
- Visit client sites to learn workflows firsthand and gather feedback
- Turn one-off customer solutions into reusable product features
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of engineering experience with strong full-stack skills
- Experience building applications that use LLMs (agents, tool use, structured outputs)
- A portfolio or side projects that real users have touched
- Comfortable working directly with customers, not just specs
- Able to ship within existing engineering standards and processes
- In-person role, full-time
