We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a fast-growing e-commerce SaaS company helping online brands improve customer engagement and drive revenue.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a career in B2B SaaS. You’ll be joining a growing commercial team where you’ll have significant exposure to the full sales process and a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
The role is highly phone-focused - ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable with outbound prospecting, and wants to develop strong sales fundamentals.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and conduct prospecting across e-commerce and online retail businesses
- Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach
- Manage prospect activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets
- Attend occasional conferences, industry events, and client activities
What We’re Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Existing SDR/BDR experience is also highly valued
- Hungry, competitive, coachable, and motivated to build a career in sales
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection
- Strong verbal communication and ability to think on your feet
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by targets
- Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology is a plus
- Based in NYC
