Seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Administrator with 5–8 years of experience managing Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, or similar AI platforms in regulated financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Claude Enterprise CoWork, Desktop & Code, including users, policies, SSO/SCIM, connectors and audit controls.
- Configure security, governance, RBAC and DLP controls for compliance.
- Manage AI governance, LLMOps, guardrails and prompt-injection defense.
- Integrate monitoring with Dynatrace and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Support pilot-to-production, incident response, go-live/rollback and operational runbooks.
- Work with offshore teams for follow-the-sun production support.
