Role Summary:
- Join the Network Infrastructure Services team to build, scale, deploy, and support a global enterprise network footprint.
- Take ownership of network deployments, new builds, expansions, and lifecycle management across corporate environments.
- Support network infrastructure across corporate offices, M&A environments, joint ventures, venues, and client locations.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, optimization, and stabilization of modern LAN/WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
- Work closely with global IT and cybersecurity teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise networking issues across a large-scale, multi-vendor environment.
- Follow organizational standards, network architecture guidelines, change management processes, and operational best practices.
Network Deployment Responsibilities:
- Independently lead network deployments and new-build projects.
- Support network expansion projects across corporate offices, M&A environments, and joint ventures.
- Design and implement repeatable network rollout patterns across multiple sites.
- Configure and deploy network equipment according to established design standards.
- Perform per-site implementation and validation activities.
- Use standardized templates, runbooks, checklists, and documentation for repeatable deployments.
- Support regional site rollouts and network integrations.
- Validate connectivity, routing, security, wireless, and application access following deployments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and ISPs during implementation activities.
- Ensure network deployments comply with established enterprise standards.
Network Equipment Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of network equipment.
- Support equipment procurement and implementation.
- Configure network devices prior to deployment.
- Maintain accurate network equipment documentation and inventory.
- Perform implementation, upgrades, replacement, and decommissioning activities.
- Ensure network equipment configurations align with established design standards.
- Maintain documentation hygiene throughout the equipment lifecycle.
LAN/WAN Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, deploy, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Work with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst platforms.
- Support routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, and enterprise connectivity.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues.
- Support network growth and stabilization activities.
- Participate in regional network expansion and integration projects.
- Apply established network design principles and standards.
Wireless Networking:
- Configure and support enterprise wireless infrastructure.
- Support wireless network deployments across offices, venues, and client locations.
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and performance issues.
- Validate wireless functionality following new-site deployments.
- Apply appropriate IEEE 802.x standards and enterprise wireless best practices.
