We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and understand user needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain UX/UI design standards and patterns.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design process.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure designs are accessible, consistent, and easy to use.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
