Japanese-Speaking E-Communication Surveillance Analyst

Role Overview
Support e-communication surveillance and compliance technology initiatives, including system implementation, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and user testing.
Language Requirement: Japanese proficiency is required as the role involves reviewing, testing and documenting Japanese-language communications as part of the surveillance implementation.
Prior hands-on experience is preferred but not essential, provided you have the ability to speak, understand and communicate effectively in the language.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and enhancement of surveillance platforms.
- Gather requirements and document processes and controls.
- Work with Risk, Compliance, Technology and business stakeholders.
- Support UAT, including review and testing of Japanese-language communications.
- Assist with implementation and control-related issues.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in surveillance, compliance, risk & controls, or technology implementation.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency to communicate with stakeholders and review/test Japanese-language communications.
- Experience with system implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong risk and control awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Advisory / consulting experience is advantageous.
- Financial Services / Banking experience is preferred.
