I am currently partnering with a fast-growing AI transformation firm that is helping large organisations move beyond AI pilots and into real enterprise-wide change.
They work with senior leadership teams across sectors including Private Equity, energy, aviation, healthcare, industrials and consumer, helping them identify where AI can create meaningful value, shape the transformation around it, and then stay close through execution.
They are now looking to hire a Value Partner in Amsterdam to play a key role in leading client relationships, shaping major transformation programmes and helping grow the business across Europe.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking, senior client leadership and hands-on delivery, and who wants to work in a more entrepreneurial environment where Partners remain close to the work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead senior client relationships across complex AI and transformation programmes
- Build business cases around where AI can create measurable value
- Shape operating models, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Work closely with consulting and technical teams through delivery
- Support business development, proposition development and commercial shaping
- Help grow senior client relationships and open new opportunities
- Coach and develop teams while setting a high standard for client delivery
About You
- Around 15+ years of experience across consulting, transformation or technology-led advisory
- Strong experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Background across AI, digital transformation, operating model change or enterprise technology
- Comfortable moving from strategy into execution rather than stopping at the advisory stage
- Strong commercial instincts across client development, scoping and pricing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in a growing business
- Private Equity exposure would be highly valuable
- Dutch language capability would be beneficial for the Amsterdam market
