ROLE – Graduate Sales Executive
LOCATION – Sydney, NSW

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our team in Sydney. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in building a career in sales.
You don't need previous sales experience. We are more interested in your attitude, communication skills, ambition and willingness to learn.
What you will do
- Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Speak with a wide range of people across different industries
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage your own opportunities and sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close new business
- Work towards clear financial and performance targets
- Use modern technology and AI tools to work more efficiently
- Build the skills and experience needed to progress your sales career
The ideal candidate will have
- A recently completed degree or be graduating soon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and positive approach
- Strong motivation to succeed and earn
- A competitive and ambitious mindset
- The ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or business experience is advantageous, but not essential
