About Corridor
Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows.
Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship.
Led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design), Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures) and, Alex Stamos (Former CISO of Facebook, Yahoo, SentinelOne).
Corridor is backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain.
The Role
We're hiring a Founding Head of Technical Partnerships - this is one of the most strategic roles at Corridor.
Your mission is to establish Corridor as a trusted partner to the companies creating AI-powered software development platforms while building relationships that accelerate enterprise adoption, improve software security, and create meaningful commercial value for both Corridor and our partners.
This is not a traditional business development role.
We're looking for someone with meaningful credibility in the AI-powered software development ecosystem. Someone who understands the technology, has earned the respect of industry leaders, and can engage in conversations that influence product direction, ecosystem standards, and industry adoption.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to shape Corridor's ecosystem strategy.
Because of the strategic importance of these relationships, this role will help define how Corridor engages with the companies building the future of software development and how we position ourselves within the broader agentic coding ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own Corridor's technical partnership strategy.
- Help the companies building AI-powered software development platforms improve security outcomes and accelerate enterprise adoption by partnering with them to promote secure-by-default product decisions, responsible AI development practices, and greater customer trust.
- Serve as Corridor's executive representative within the agentic software development ecosystem and build relationships with founders, CEOs, product leaders, and engineering leaders across the industry.
- Collaborate with partners on product integrations, technical initiatives, ecosystem programs, and joint customer opportunities.
- Influence industry conversations around secure and responsible adoption of AI-powered software development.
- Identify partnership opportunities that drive customer adoption, product usage, and revenue growth for both Corridor and our partners.
- Help define industry standards and best practices for measuring, governing, and securing agentic software development.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams to maximize partnership impact.
- Represent Corridor at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, executive briefings, podcasts, and other public forums.
What We're Looking For
- Established credibility within the AI-powered software development ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with leaders at companies building agentic coding platforms, AI developer tools, foundation models, or adjacent technologies.
- Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships that generated measurable business impact.
- Deep familiarity with products such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Lovable, Devin, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern software development workflows and the future of agentic software engineering.
- Ability to engage credibly with founders, CEOs, executives, product leaders, engineers, security leaders, and enterprise buyers.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influence skills.
- Ability to identify win-win opportunities that create value for customers, partners, and Corridor.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define a new category.
- Passion for shaping the future of software development.
Who Thrives In This Role
- Founders, product leaders, and engineers regularly seek your perspective on the future of AI-powered software development.
- You have built meaningful partnerships within the AI, developer tools, security, or software engineering ecosystem.
- You have strong opinions about how agentic coding systems will transform software development.
- You are equally comfortable discussing technical architecture, product strategy, security, and commercial partnerships.
- You enjoy connecting people, companies, and ideas.
- You care deeply about helping organizations adopt AI safely and effectively.
- You want your work to influence the direction of an entire industry.
- You want to help build a company, not just join one.
Why This Role
You'll have a front-row seat to one of the most important technology shifts of the next decade. You'll help define how the companies building AI-powered software development platforms work together to accelerate adoption while maintaining trust, security, and governance.
Help Shape the Industry
You'll engage directly with the companies building the future of software development and influence how agentic coding products evolve.
Build Strategic Relationships
You'll work with some of the most influential founders, CEOs, product leaders, and engineering leaders in the industry.
Create New Opportunities
You'll identify and build partnerships that drive adoption, create customer value, and generate meaningful revenue for both Corridor and our partners.
Establish Corridor as a Trusted Ecosystem Leader
We don't view AI coding companies as vendors. We view them as strategic partners in accelerating enterprise adoption of agentic software development.
You'll help position Corridor as a critical layer of trust, visibility, and assurance within the emerging AI-powered software development ecosystem.
Equal Opportunity
Corridor is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
