We are seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead daily operations at Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters. In this role, you will oversee the cafe's daily floor, inspire our team of baristas, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional coffee experience consistent with our roastery's standards. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining equipment, staff scheduling and training, and upholding strict quality control for all brewing methods. The ideal candidate has previous hospitality experience, a passion for specialty coffee, and strong leadership skills.
