HR & Operations Executive

Corridor Design Studio — Baner, Pune (Full-time, On-site)

About Corridor

Corridor Studio is a full-service creative agency founded in 2019, helping brands show up with clarity and consistency across every touchpoint — from social media management and brand strategy to photography, video production, web design, and packaging. We work with F&B, fashion, lifestyle, and real estate clients across Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, translating business goals into cohesive, impactful creative work.

Role Overview

We're looking for an HR & Operations Executive to manage the people and operational backbone of a growing creative studio. You'll split your time between HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, records, performance processes) and business operations (invoicing, vendor coordination, scheduling, admin support) — working closely with leadership to keep the studio running smoothly as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People Management

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment — job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring

- Coordinate onboarding and exit/offboarding processes

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation

- Assist with performance reviews, appraisals, and employee feedback processes

Administration & Operations

- Prepare and send invoices, quotations, proposals, and other business documents

- Maintain trackers for invoices, payments, meetings, employee information, and other internal needs

- Schedule meetings and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups

- Coordinate internal meetings, calls, and appointments

- Maintain organised documentation and records

- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed

- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or a similar role

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

- Strong organisational and coordination skills

- Good communication and follow-up skills

- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines

- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks

- Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee and business information

- Prior experience in a design, creative, or professional services environment is a plus

- Two things still missing that you should decide before posting: reporting line (who they report to) and whether you're disclosing a salary band. Both affect application quality more than any wording choice above.
