Job Description:
•Lead end-to-end data management activities across engineering, operations, and capital projects.
•Establish and enforce data governance, quality, validation, and master data management processes.
•Ensure compliance with global data standards, client requirements, and organizational policies.
•Act as the primary interface for customers, contractors, and key stakeholders on data-related initiatives.
•Manage data collection, integration, cleansing, migration, and handover activities.
•Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and SQL.
•Drive data quality improvement programs and monitor governance metrics.
•Lead and mentor data analysts, data controllers, and project data teams.
•Support digital transformation, automation, and business intelligence initiative
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely data delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:

•Strong Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy sector experience.
