Job Description:
•Lead end-to-end document and information management activities across engineering and EPC projects.
•Ensure compliance with global document control standards, procedures, and client requirements.
•Act as the primary interface for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
•Manage document lifecycle, including transmittals, documents metadata, revisions, approvals, handover, and archiving.
•Lead and mentor document control teams across multiple locations.
•Develop project dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and SQL for reporting and decision-making.
•Understand the differences between green field and brown field project's document quality requirements, its life cycle, and delivery methodology.
•Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
•Support project audits, quality reviews, and information governance activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
•12+ years of experience in Document Control / Information Management.
•Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy projects.
•Expertise in global document management standards and engineering documentation processes.
•Hands-on experience with EDMS platforms such as OpenText, Aconex, SharePoint, Vaults etc.
•Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
•Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI,MS Access and advanced reporting techniques.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
