Our challenge:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with Angular and Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, Angular, Python development, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices. This role involves full-stack development, application modernization, API integration, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications using .NET, Angular, and Python.
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using Angular.
Create backend services, automation scripts, and data processing solutions using Python.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technology evaluations.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Create technical design documents, implementation guides, and support documentation.
Support production releases, application upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of software development experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
Strong experience in Angular development.
Hands-on experience with Python programming and scripting.
Experience building enterprise-scale web applications and APIs.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience with cloud-native application development.
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Azure Functions or Serverless Computing.
Experience developing AI/ML-integrated applications using Python.
Exposure to Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, or AI-powered automation solutions.
Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Message Queues.
