About the Opportunity
Join a dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation team where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering patient-centered mental health care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and support patients with mental health and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Build therapeutic relationships that promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to professional standards.

What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration.
- Experience in Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Mental Health Rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
