Role:
● Provide accurate and timely technical/commercial support and advice to existing and prospective customers.
● Interpret customer inquiries and prepare/issue subsequent quotations.
● Assist and advise customers in resolving technical issues or queries related to the process product portfolio.
● Ensure advice provided is accurate, current, and leads to successful resolution of inquiries.
● Responsible for awareness and action of personal, departmental, and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
● Meet deadlines and work towards set team and departmental targets.
● Adhere to the company's ISO 9000 Quality and Health & Safety procedures.
● Take Ownership and re-shape current processes
● Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by company management.
Candidate:
● Experience in a Technical sales role or relevant educational background in Mechanical, Process or related disciplines would be advantageous.
● Knowledge of lined pipe, sight glasses, tank cleaning equipment, mixers and related products is beneficial.
● Commitment to participate in the company's Training & Development program specific to the product portfolio.
● Demonstrates commercial awareness when interacting with customers and supply chain partners.
● Possesses technical and commercial aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in the role.
● Strong interpersonal skills, adept at presentations, report writing, and verbal communication.
● Excellent administration and IT skills, including proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
● Ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
