Responsibilities:

Management Reporting & Executive Support

- Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates.

- Transform raw data into charts, tables, and infographics that highlight progress, risks, and decisions.

- Partner with stakeholders to validate inputs and align messaging; adjust quickly based on feedback.

- Prepare recurring status reports and summarizing procurement activity and pipeline updates.

- Support meeting preparation and follow‑up, including agendas, pre‑reads, and action tracking.

Procurement & Contract Operations

- Provide day‑to‑day support for construction procurement activities, including services and equipment.

- Assist with contract administration: drafting, organizing, tracking key dates, and maintaining records.

- Coordinate inputs from vendors and stakeholders, ensuring documentation is complete and ready for approval.

- Maintain trackers and dashboards in Excel to monitor sourcing actions and contract status.

- Act as a central point of coordination across APAC projects, ensuring smooth execution across time zones.

Requirements

- Babchelor's Degree or equivalent

- 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably construction or CAPEX projects).

- Strong background in contract management and procurement workflows.

- Advanced PowerPoint skills: ability to design polished, executive‑ready decks with clear visual storytelling.

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for trackers, dashboards, and reporting.

- Experience preparing leadership briefings, business reviews, or executive presentations.

- Clear communication skills, with the ability to consolidate inputs and present succinct updates.

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑country APAC environment; primarily office‑based in Singapore.

- Adaptable to new templates, tools, and processes; proactive in suggesting improvements.
