Responsibilities
As a Sr. Software Engineer (AI Product), you will take ownership of designing, building, and operating production-grade features powered by LLMs, voice AI, proprietary models, and external services. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on turning AI capabilities into reliable product features, balancing quality, latency, scalability, and cost while improving existing architecture and systems over time.
