Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, architects, engineering teams, and business leaders.
- Define delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project or program management in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Strong understanding project management process
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing projects involving various teams
- Familiar with modern software engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understand the life insurance business process.
