NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter – Operations to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $24-$35/hour (depending on experience).

Requirements
- 2-4 years HR recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments
- Experience filling roles within property management, construction, or hospitality industries preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable team player with flexible personality
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles such as property managers, maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and urgency
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data using MS Excel and SharePoint
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
