FDE Strategist (FDE Architect) – Applied AI & LCNC
Role Overview
The FDE Strategist is a customer-facing architect who combines consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, and AI product delivery expertise. This role is responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, designing agentic AI solutions, and delivering production-ready outcomes using Applied AI platforms and Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customer stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape AI-led business transformation opportunities.
- Design and architect end-to-end Applied AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build hands-on prototypes, MVPs, and production solutions using LCNC platforms and cloud-native services.
- Develop AI agents, copilots, workflows, and business applications using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and related AI services.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
- Lead solution discovery workshops, value assessments, and pilot-to-production engagements.
- Establish architecture patterns, reusable accelerators, governance controls, and best practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide customers on AI adoption, operating models, and capability development.
- Collaborate with business, product, security, and engineering teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations.
- Contribute to competency development, assets, and thought leadership in Applied AI and LCNC domains.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution engineering, consulting, or software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LCNC platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Applied AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker AI, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, API integration, event-driven architectures, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX, workflow automation, and digital transformation programs.
- Ability to engage senior executives and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Professional and AI-related certifications.
- Experience with enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Exposure to AIDLC, Kiro, platform engineering, and agent engineering practices.
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated and large enterprise environments.
