About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and distribution.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to improve operational efficiency, manage costs, maintain inventory levels, and support reliable delivery of products and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Forecast demand and coordinate inventory planning.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, finance, sales, and logistics teams.
- Identify and manage supply chain risks and potential disruptions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with relevant company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Experience with supplier and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant supply chain/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
