We’re currently partnering with a leading global alternatives investment manager looking for a Vice President Investment Accountant / Fund Controller to join their Investment Accounting team in NYC. They’re looking for a senior accounting leader with 10+ years of experience, ideally someone who has been an in-house fund/investment controller with strong private credit or alternatives experience.
This is a high-visibility leadership role within a growing platform, with the opportunity to help shape the Investment Accounting function and potential path from VP to Principal/MD as the group continues to grow.
The role will consist of:
- Leading and developing a team of 4
- Overseeing complex investment accounting, transactions, and revenue recognition
- P&L analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Partnering with Investment, Fund Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, and Middle Office teams
- Driving process, controls, technology, and reporting improvements
$280K–$300K all-in | NYC, Monday–Thursday
