Role Description
The Human Resources Payroll Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, including preparing payroll data, verifying working hours, calculating salaries, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The role includes maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations. The administrator will work closely with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll, respond to employee inquiries, and support audits or reporting requirements. Daily tasks also involve updating HRIS systems, generating regular payroll and HR reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS (Wage Protection System).
- Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including HR policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them consistently and fairly.
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits, such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and other compensation-related programs.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related HR/payroll software tools.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations, or willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar HR/payroll role, ideally in an international or fast-growing organization.
