Role Description This is a full-time, Bangalore role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Onboarding – API Integration specialist will guide new customers through technical implementation of eShipz’s product, including configuring integrations with customer systems, carriers, and other platforms via APIs. The role involves understanding customer requirements, mapping workflows, coordinating with internal product and engineering teams, and ensuring accurate, timely setup of integrations. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting integration issues, documenting configurations, providing clear guidance and training to customers, and monitoring onboarding progress to ensure smooth go-live. The position requires close collaboration with customers to maximize adoption, deliver high-quality support during onboarding, and drive strong customer satisfaction from the first interaction, with priority given to candidates who can join immediately.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer requirements, diagnose integration issues, and optimize workflows.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating SaaS products with external systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, ERPs, WMS) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to understand technical documentation, create clear implementation guides, and work closely with product and engineering teams.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce technology solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset, with readiness for immediate joining preferred.
