About The Role
The role is situated within the Data, AI, and Performance Department under the Marketing, Communication, and Data Division. As a Data & AI Specialist, you will serve as a key reference point for identifying and implementing high-value data and AI solutions across the organization. Your primary focus will be on supporting commercial departments and banking partners by delivering advanced marketing solutions leveraging data exploitation and artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in accelerating the industrialization of AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into digital customer and employee journeys, as well as operational processes.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring’s strategic roadmap by developing innovative digital services that enhance performance, risk management, and operational efficiency. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
- Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with data management, data visualization, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and generative AI techniques
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and marketing strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Respond to the needs of sales departments and banking partners by developing marketing solutions based on data and AI, including targeting, performance monitoring, and scoring models
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by expanding data sharing and exploitation within the Crédit Agricole Group
- Identify and prioritize high-potential use cases for AI and data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI models into digital customer and employee journeys, as well as operational processes
- Supervise the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AI models to ensure robustness and quality
- Maintain high standards of solution quality, robustness, and scalability
- Act as a technical expert and lead the Data & AI community within the company
- Support skill development initiatives for team members on AI topics
- Promote best practices in data management, AI development, and model governance
- Stay informed on technological innovations and emerging trends in AI and data science
- Represent the department in internal and external Data & AI communities and forums
