About The Role
Our client is seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and deploying data-driven models into real-world applications. In this role, you will work on developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models, while collaborating closely with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, train, and evaluate machine learning and AI models for real-world use cases.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive, classification, or generative models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Warp, etc.) to improve development speed and code quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar).
- Familiarity with deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Warp) is a strong plus.
- Indonesian Citizen.
