Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Designer/Manager to shape human‑AI interactions, design adaptive system behaviors, and build trustworthy user interfaces for AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong digital product design experience, a refined aesthetic sense, and a background in environments where design and UX are central to product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Human‑AI Workflows: Define how users collaborate with autonomous agents, prompts, and ML outputs
- Trust & Transparency: Design mechanisms for uncertainty, error states, and accuracy verification
- Prototyping: Build rapid interactive mockups and test flows using Figma and AI‑assisted design tools
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to align technical limits with user needs
- User Research: Conduct usability studies, stress‑test features against edge cases and model biases
Core Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in product design, UX, or interaction design (SaaS or technical B2B platforms preferred)
- Strong digital product design portfolio (AI, modern UX, or brand work with refined aesthetic)
- Deep understanding of AI models, agentic behaviors, and design system architecture
- Mastery of Figma and modern generative design‑to‑code workflows
- Excellent communication and ability to translate complex AI mechanics into intuitive user experiences
Preferred Background
- Experience at companies where design and UX are central (e.g., consumer tech, design‑driven SaaS)
- Exposure to AI product environments (LLMs, agentic systems, adaptive UX)
- Strong aesthetic taste and ability to balance brand with usability
